PT. Atmaja Jaya adalah sebuah perusahaan yang dirancang tumbuh dan berkembang untuk menghasilkan produk komponen-komponen mesin dengan bahan Besi Tuang Kelabu dan Besi Tuang Nodular yang bermutu tinggi. Selama proses peleburan dan proses tapping, ada beberapa kendala yang dialami selama proses produksi yang dilakukan seperti, komposisi yang tidak sesuai target, bahan baku yang berkualitas buruk, hasil coran yang keras dan cetakan yang hancur. Penggunaan inokulan kedalam logam cair yang bertujuan mempermudah proses permesinan. Selain itu dilakukan juga penambahan fluks untuk mengikat pengotor agar tidak masuk kedalam logam cair saat proses tapping.References
