KAJIAN UNIT UNIT PEREMUK BATU ANDESIT UNTUK KEBUTUHAN ASHPALT MIX DI PT. DELTAMARGA ADYATAMA BASECAMP KUDUS JAWA TENGAH

Abstract

The study evaluated the technical and economic problems that arise because of the production capacity of crusher plant are still far from the expected target capacity is equal to 200 tons / day. From the results of the study found that the production of the crusher unit 120.47 tons / day or 17.21 tons / hour, with a size of 12.5 mm -19 + 10.53 tons / hour or 56.43%, the size -12 , 5 + 5 mm of 3.83 tons / hour or 20.52% and -5 mm size (gray stone) 2,85 ton / hour or 15.27%. Total crusher unit production costs to produce one ton of crushed stone products is Rp. 165 410, - / ton. After the improvements gained increased production crusher unit became 241.36 ton / day or 34.48 tons / hour, with a product size  of   -19 + 12.5 mm  to  21.67 tons / hour  or  61.91%,  -12 fraction, 5 + 5mm be 8.65 tons / hour or 24.71%, and the fraction of -5 mm (stone dust) amounted to 4.16 tons / hour or 13.38%. Total crusher unit production costs to produce one ton of crushed stone products after experiencing improved to Rp. 81,525, - / ton.

ABSTRAK

Penelitian ini mengkaji masalah secara teknis dan ekonomi yang muncul karena kapasitas produksi unit peremuk masih jauh dari kapasitas target yang diharapkan yaitu sebesar 200 ton/hari. Dari hasil kajian ditemukan bahwa hasil produksi dari unit peremuk yakni 120,47 ton/hari  atau  17,21 ton/jam,  dengan  ukuran   -19 + 12,5  mm  sebesar 10,53  ton/jam   atau   56,43 %,   ukuran   -12,5 + 5 mm  sebesar  3,83 ton/jam atau 20,52 % serta ukuran -5 mm (abu batu) sebesar 2,85 ton/jam atau 15,27 %.  Biaya produksi unit peremuk total untuk memproduksi satu ton produk batu pecah adalah sebesar Rp. 165.410,-/ton.  Setelah perbaikan diperoleh peningkatan hasil produksi unit peremuk  menjadi  241,36 ton/hari atau  34,48 ton/jam,  dengan produk  ukuran  -19 + 12,5 mm menjadi 21,67 ton/jam atau 61,91 %, fraksi -12,5 + 5 mm menjadi  8,65 ton/jam atau 24,71 %, serta fraksi -5 mm (abu batu) sebesar 4,16 ton/jam atau 13,38%. Biaya produksi unit peremuk total untuk memproduksi satu ton produk batu pecah setelah mengalami perbaikan menjadi Rp. 81.525,-/ton.
