Pelatihan, Pendampingan dan Monev Etika Bisnis Saat Pandemi Covid-19 di Koperasi Toko Kelontong Rungkut Surabaya
Abstract
Grocery stores are often found in densely populated urban areas. Most grocery stores are still traditional and conventional. Grocery stores are used as an option for cooperative business units promoted by the Surabaya City Government.
One way to maintain and develop a grocery store business is to pay attention to business ethics. Grocery store business operators are prone to committing fraud, for example reducing the amount of the scale. The purpose of this activity is to provide knowledge about business ethics for grocery store entrepreneurs. and help improve grocery store business by adhering to business ethics. During the Covid19 Pandemic, implementing health protocols was one form of implementing business ethics.
The method of implementation is by: 1.) surveying the location in Rungkut District and the Grocery Store Cooperative. 2) Identifying the problems faced by the Grocery Store Cooperative. 3) Conduct training according to the problems faced by the Lecturers of STIESIA Surabaya. 4) Provide assistance after being given training by STIESIA Surabaya Lecturers. 5) Monitoring and evaluating (monev) after being given training and mentoring.
Community service activities for members of the Grocery Store Cooperative have gone well and are as planned.
This activity provides benefits for the members of the Grocery Store Cooperative.
