Joint Business Group (KUB) UD. HASIL TAMBAK BERKAH as a partner in this Community Service (PbM) activity is a business group engaged in tilapia aquaculture. This KUB (Joint Business Group) is located in Kembang Village, Dukuhseti District, Pati Regency, Central Java. Fish aquaculture business for the people of Kembang Village has become a center in Kembang Village. This is supported by geographical conditions that close to the river flow to the sea, in order to the water that flows into the pond is brackish water.
The marketing process for fish harvests at the beginning of this business was carried out by selling fish by being marketed in food stalls and at the market. In line with advances in drying and packaging technology, sales of fish have begun to be better marketed. Fish farmers are not familiar with the online sales or marketing system as it has now become one of the effective marketing methods. This KUB in developing its business needs additional freezer equipment and dry fish packaging equipment so that the fish lasts longer and also marketing training, especially online.
The results of the evaluation of the fish farmer group's business were then agreed on the solutions to be implemented to address the partners' problems. Problem solutions implemented in the Community Partnership Program are the result of an agreement from partners after an in-depth analysis of the various problems faced and based on the priority scale of problem handling. The solutions are as follows: Assistance of outdated water pumping equipment and Freezer equipment. The new equipment is expected to make the fish harvesting process faster, so that the packaging and marketing processes are better. The existence of new equipment makes the same work can be completed in a faster time, so that KUB members, who are mostly fish farmers, can divide their time by cultivating their fields or fields. Training on product marketing, marketing administration and also simple bookkeeping training, so that KUB's financial position and profit and loss statements can be clearly identified. Training on online-based marketing methods (Digital Marketing) will also be carried out and accompanied by the management of packaged dried tilapia intellectual property rights.
