Sistem Peningkatan Kinerja Produksi Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah Kerajinan Bambu Dengan E-Business Berbasis Web

Abstract

This PbM program is carried out against the background of the increasing number and increasing number of bamboo handicraft micro businesses in DIY which are not followed by marketing management management based on the E_Business information system and do not use the web, so that this will cause problems and difficulties in terms of production marketing, and handling the number of members and the preparation of financial reports as well as difficulties in improving the performance of bamboo handicraft production in DIY. Whereas bamboo crafts are a group of micro, small and medium enterprises that handle important matters, namely the governance of micro-bamboo businesses and marketing of production products which must be reported to all members through monthly and yearly meetings to all members. The method used in dealing with the problems of the bamboo micro business as well as the output is to create a web information system software about mentoring and increasing the production of bamboo micro small and medium business groups with E_Business using a sharing economy strategy which includes the history of bamboo crafts, processes and methods of manufacture, production, bamboo galleries, MSME group members and financial management using sharing economy strategies and web-based marketing of products. The results obtained in PbM are training and assistance in the use of web-based E_Business application programs for all partners and members of micro, small and medium enterprises carried out effectively and efficiently, to improve the performance of bamboo handicraft production in DIY and can generate increased income for all partner members and MSME members, optimally and significantly in the post-Covid 19 pandemic. The purpose of this PbM is to create and build an E_Business information system that can overcome the problems of production and financial management governance and marketing of the products of all members. As for the financial management of all members of the group of micro, small and medium bamboo handicrafts and management of marketing production management using sharing economy strategies and Web-based E_Business applications.
