Abstract

Abstract
COVID19 has made the mandatory of scientific innovation, technology, measurable and well-targeted action to anticipate the increase of COVID19 distribution and human victims. This study is aimed to create a mobile-based health application to assist COVID19 suspects and patients for not having direct contact (non-contact) with paramedics and other people. The use of this non-contact technology is potential to effectively reduce the spreading of COVID19 infections faced by community and paramedics. Furthermore, this research focuses on designing and implementing an Android based COVID19 application with some features and capabilities in providing information, consultation and treatment services, remote health monitoring and assistance, communication services in term if chat, voice calls including emergency calls. The application will direct COVID19 suspects and patients based on their location to quickly communicate to the nearest health centers such as health facilities and hospitals. It is applied by using GPS coordinates with latitude and longitude values together with health centers' phone numbers in a database. The result shows that the precission of COVID19 suspects and patients location to the nearest health centers is highly accurate with distance of error value of about 20 meters in radius. Thus, the emergency assistance can be provided quickly.
