FUZZY CONTROLLER PADA SISTEM PENGERING KAYU TENAGA SURYA

Abstract


Fuzzy controller dengan variabel masukan nilai pengukuran radiasi surya dan temperature ambient dilakukan untuk mengaktifkan heater, sebagai sumber alternatif sumber energi untuk menaikkan temperatur chamber pada sistem pengering kayu tenaga panas surya. Variabel radiasi surya  dan temperatur ambient dirancang rule kontrolnya dengan labelisasi membership function melalui nilai error dan change in error, sehingga  pada energi surya dinyatakan oleh kondisi cuaca yaitu sangat cerah, cerah, sedang, mendung, dan sangat mendung.  Labelisasi dari membership function yang digunakan untuk temperature ambient dinyatakan oleh kondisi cuaca yaitu label dingin, agak dingin, sejuk, sedang, hangat, agak panas, panas. Untuk mengantisipasi perubahan temperature ambient dilakukan labelisasi untuk membership function  perubahan temperatur ambient dinyatakan oleh small, small-medium, médium, médium-large, dan large dalam bentuk fungsi fuzzy set segitiga dan trafesium.

Diperoleh  8 rule  kontrol heater yang digunakan dengan memanfaatkan operator logika fuzzy yang diimplementasikan pada alat pengering kayu tenaga surya.  Kinerja fuzzy controller ini akan mengoptimalkan pemakaian energi surya, untuk meminimalkan konsumsi  energi listrik oleh heater. Rule kontrol heater ini diperlukan untuk mempertahankan suatu kondisi keadaan chamber sesuai jadwal pengeringan kayu.
