Analisis Kebijakan Luar Negeri Terhadap Illegal Fishing Berdasarkan Perspektif Realisme

Illegal fishing digunakan pada jalur laut internasional memiliki kepentingan wilayah ASEAN, memiliki kekayaan laut dan perairan pada jalur perdagangan. Illegal fishing digunakan untuk melindungi wilayah laut dari sengketa batas maritim. Tindakan illegal fishing bertentangan dengan aturan nasional pada perairan negara indonesia. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui penerapan kebijakan maritime pada kebijakan di indonesia. Fokus Penelitian ini adalah kebijakan luar negeri terhadap illegal fishing berdasarkan perspektif realisme. Teknik pengumpulan data diperoleh studi literatur review pada studi kepustakaan dari berbagai macam dokumen yang mendukung dengan tema penelitian yaitu buku, jurnal, artikel dan website. Teknis analisis data terdiri dari reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa perspektif realisme memberikan pandangan mengenai sifat dasar manusia pada suatu kehidupan dengan kebijakan dalam menenggelamkan kapal asing kepada pihak pemerintah indonesia. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan kebijakan penenggelaman kapal asing demi tercapainya kepentingan dalam menjaga keamanan nasional di suatu wilayahnya.
