This community service program focuses on enhancing governance and marketing skills within the PROHUTANI coffee farming group in Tawangmangu, Central Java. Despite the quality coffee production and its positive impact on the forest ecosystem, the group faces challenges in organization management, financial handling, and market reach, limiting their growth potential. The program aims to equip PROHUTANI members with essential skills in organizational planning, financial management, and digital marketing. Training in organizational management empowers members with systematic planning, budgeting, and evaluation skills, while financial management training enhances their ability to record transactions and understand profit margins. Additionally, digital marketing training introduces members to online promotion strategies to broaden market access beyond Tawangmangu. With these improvements, the program anticipates an increase in income for farmers and the establishment of a more resilient and self-sustaining group capable of competing in wider markets.
