PbM PENERAPAN SISTEM PRESENCE DAN TRACKING ONLINE PAMONG KALURAHAN BOKOHARJO DALAM UPAYA KETERBUKAAN INFORMASI

Abstract

Aims of the PbM to empowering the community through increased awareness and knowledge in utilizing information technology related to online-based presence and tracking so that the principle of information disclosure can be applied which in turn is able to provide services to the community effectively and efficiently to achieve service of excellence. In addition, increasing the knowledge, ability, and discipline of village officials in running organizational governance and in providing services to citizens by utilizing information technology. The innovation carried out through the application of science and technology in this PbM activity is the application of an online presence and tracking system which is expected to be able to solve the problems faced by partners. The approach used is participatory mentoring. Through this approach, strategic and technical aspects can be understood and observed together between the PbM implementation team and partners. Lecturer assistance to partners will be assisted by students. The results of the application of the pamong online presence and tracking system are considered capable of increasing information disclosure for the Bokoharjo sub-district community because the position of the sub-district officials can be traced during working hours, considering that the community's need for sub-district services is increasing and the bokoharjo sub-district has a mission to provide the best service for citizens.
