PENDAMPINGAN E-BUSINESS BAGI SANGGAR DEWI SRI DALAM RANGKA TRANSFORMASI BISNIS BATIK KAYU DI ERA EKONOMI DIGITAL

Desa Sendangsari is an integral part of Pajangan District, Bantul Regency. One of the small-scale wooden batik industry players is Sanggar Dewi Sri. Sanggar Dewi Sri produces crafts and processes items made from wood, which are then painted or batiked. In the digital economy, the market demands a shift in business models for Sanggar Dewi Sri, from traditional (offline) to technology-based (online) services. However, transitioning to technology-based services is not necessarily an easy solution for Sanggar Dewi Sri. Based on these issues, the PKM team has assisted the Wooden Batik Crafts Group through the following solutions: 1) Multimedia outreach for producing multimedia content (products), such as photos and videos of the products. 2) Storytelling training for Sanggar Dewi Sri to provide product information through engaging, flowing, and positive stories related to wooden batik. 3) Assistance in standardizing the wooden batik production process. 4) Management assistance and evaluation to improve organizational functions and structure for e-business management. 5) Assistance with trademark registration and watermark creation on digital content, as well as establishing contacts. 6) Implementation of electronic marketing technology, specifically strategies for marketing wooden batik on social networks and online. 7) Development of a website and marketplace technology for broader marketing reach. Through this assistance, the team, consisting of lecturers and students, has successfully formed and developed a community that is economically and socially self-reliant through the utilization of digital technology.
