UKM Bhumi Durian is a restaurant that sells various durian fruit and processed durian foods. Durian is a fruit with thick, large and thorny skin. The problem with durian fruit is that the skin of durian fruit is not utilised and discarded because it is quite difficult to process. Processing and reuse of durian fruit skins is an opportunity and a challenge. In encouraging circular economy, business units are required to be able to minimise waste and reuse their waste. One of the opportunities for the application of circular economy in Bumi Durian is the processing of durian skin in order to provide added value. Durian fruit leather has a crude fibre content of 33.87% with a high lignin content, which is 12.11%. Durian fruit leather can be utilised as ecoenzyme. This ecoenzyme can be used as a cleaner, soap, organic fertiliser, detergent, hand sanitizer, air purifier, and various other benefits. The utilisation of durian fruit peels into ecoenzyme at Bhumi Durian begins with the stages of initial identification, shredding durian peels, designing packaging designs, procuring tools and materials, making durian peel ecoenzyme and evaluation. After 3 months, the ecoenzyme was harvested and tested to see the results. Tests were carried out by looking at the acetic acid content and the use of ecoenzyme in daily life. The results of this activity are expected that durian skin can be reused by Bhumi Durian and the community so that it provides economic benefits and from an environmental aspect.
