UPAYA PENINGKATAN NILAI TAMBAH MELALUI GREEN PRODUCT DAN TATA KELOLA BERKELANJUTAN (Pada Usaha Percetakan BUMKel Sambirejo)

Abstract

The Printing Unit of BUMKal Sambirejo Sleman has been a Village-Owned Enterprise of Sambirejo since 2016, based on Village Regulation No. 5 of 2016, which was revised to Village Regulation No. 3 of 2019 concerning the Establishment of Village-Owned Enterprises. BUMKal Sambirejo functions as an economic institution that encompasses both profit and social aspects and serves as a platform for economic activities in Sambirejo Village. The purpose of establishing BUMKal is to improve the welfare of the community through cross-sector collaboration and the optimization of the village's potential and assets. BUMKal's vision is to achieve the welfare of the Sambirejo Village community through the development of village tourism, economic enterprises, and social services. BUMKal's mission includes optimizing natural resources for sustainable welfare, developing economic cooperation, and providing social services to poor households, as well as leveraging competitive economic potential within the community. In the implementation of BUMKal's printing unit, there are various challenges related to environmental concerns, the breadth of design knowledge, and sustainable management, particularly in financial reporting. This service aims to facilitate the management of paper waste into eco-friendly products, training in creating designs using the latest design applications, and sustainable management in the form of financial reporting preparation. This service is expected to help BUMKal continue to grow and, in turn, provide benefits to the Sambirejo community.
