PENGEMBANGAN PRODUKSI SAYURAN ORGANIK DI KELOMPOK PETANI TERPADU SIDOMULYO BANTUL

Abstract


The PbM program is carried out with partners of the Organic Vegetable Integrated Farmers Group and the Organic Vegetable Sales Center UKM Group in Sidomulyo Village, Bambanglipuro District, Bantul Regency, Yogyakarta. Farmers' partners experience problems in cultivating vegetables & herbal, which have decreased yields, damaged plants are attacked by diseases and utilizing vegetable waste and rotten rizomes as  materials for making organic fertilizer. The partners of the UKM Center for Organic Vegetable Sales are the lack of ability to sell organic vegetables that are fresh, hygienic, resistant to storage, product standardization, and marketing. The purpose of this PbM program is to increase productivity, independence of farmer groups and increase income. the two partners by building synergistic cooperation. The methods implemented are training and cultivation assistance, controlling pests and diseases of vegetable crops & herbal, making liquid organic fertilizers for farmer partners and product marketing. Activities that have been carried out are making demonstration plots for vegetable and herbal, training and assistance in controlling pests and diseases, making liquid organic fertilizers, and marketing, providing production facilities and infrastructure. The results obtained are an increase in managerial aspects, skills, increased productivity of SMEs, selling more fresh vegetables & herbal, hygienic packaging, expanding online marketing networks, increasing the welfare of both partners farmers as suppliers and UKM Sales of Organic Vegetables as sellers of organic products that consumers are interested in.
