PEMBERDAYAAN MASYARAKAT MELALUI SISTEM PELAYANAN ADMINISTRASI PERSURATAN ONLINE DALAM UPAYA PENINGKATAN PELAYANAN PRIMA KALURAHAN

Abstract


This PbM activity aims to empower the community through increasing awareness and knowledge to utilize an online-based administrative information system as well as increasing the knowledge and ability of the village officials in providing excellent service by utilizing online-based administrative service applications, so that the Tegaltirto Village becomes more transparent and accountable. The innovation made is the application of science and technology in the form of the application of online-based mail administration services which are expected to be able to solve the problems faced by partners. The approach used is participatory mentoring. Lecturer assistance to partners is assisted by several students. The results of this community service activity were able to improve the excellent service of the Tegaltirto Village because the administrative services for correspondence became faster and transparent for the community as well as the convenience for the community to monitor the process of handling the required certificate from start to finish only through an online-based mail administration service application that applied to the Tegaltirto Village.
