Duties of the Editors

The editorial board is solely responsible for determining which submitted manuscripts merit publication based on their intellectual content, originality, and relevance to the journal's scope. Editors must evaluate submissions impartially, regardless of the authors' race, gender, religious belief, ethnic origin, or institutional affiliation. All manuscript information remains strictly confidential during the review process.

Duties of the Reviewers

Peer review is a critical component of our editorial process. Reviewers must provide objective, constructive, and timely feedback to assist the editors in making decisions. Any invited reviewer who identifies a conflict of interest or feels unqualified to assess the research must notify the editorial team and decline the invitation. Unpublished data within submitted manuscripts must not be used for personal research advantage.

Duties of the Authors

Authors must ensure that their submitted work is entirely original. Proper citations must be included whenever utilizing the data, text, or concepts of others. Submitting the same manuscript to multiple journals simultaneously constitutes unethical behavior and is unacceptable. Authors must accurately list all contributors who have made significant contributions to the conception, design, or execution of the reported study.
