Notice of Template Update 2026

2026-08-11

Starting from Volume 23, Issue 3 (2026), Eksergi is officially adopting a new article template. This update is implemented to comply with and align with the governance and manuscript completeness standards based on the latest Decree of the Director General of Science and Technology No. 374/DST/D.D1/HM.01.01/2026 concerning the Technical Guidelines for Scientific Journal Accreditation.

To ensure transparency, ethical publication practices, and proper bibliographic metadata, the updated template introduces several mandatory elements, which include:

  • First-Page Bibliographic Metadata: The explicit inclusion of the full journal header, Digital Object Identifier (DOI) link, copyright notice (retained by the authors), and the CC BY-SA 4.0 Open Access license statement directly on the first page of the article.

  • Mandatory Declarations: Dedicated sections prior to the reference list for the AI Usage Statement, CRediT Authorship Contribution Statement, Declaration of Competing Interest, Funding Statement, and Data Availability.

  • Reference Requirements: A strict minimum requirement of 15 references per manuscript to maintain robust scientific grounding.

Authors submitting their manuscripts for the upcoming issues are strongly advised to download and use the latest template available on our website.
