Market demand for instant tiwul is increasing and often cannot be fulfill by the instant tiwul SME ‘Bu Marni’ in Regedeg Hamlet, Giripanggung, Tepus, Gunung Kidul. This is due to inadequate production capacity. There are several factors causing the current low production capacity, where process time, as an indicator of production capacity, is most wasted in the process of grinding cassava flour. The grinding process is still done manually and has many weaknesses. Based on these problems, a solution is needed to replace the manual grinding process to be more effective and efficient. The solution offered is to make a tool or machine that can facilitate the grinding process, so as to increase the capacity of instant tiwul in Regedeg Hamlet, Giripanggung, Tepus, Gunungkidul. In this activity, the machine product has been designed and made to be able to increase production capacity in the instant tiwul UKM ‘Bu Marni’. The machine has many advantages compared to the conventional process, including: reducing the time of the process, improving the quality of the tiwul products produced, and reducing the physical fatigue experienced by workers during the cassava flour grinding process.
