Announcement on OJS Migration and Correspondence Data Accessibility

2026-05-30

Dear Authors, Reviewers, and Readers,

Jurnal OPSI would like to inform all stakeholders that the journal management platform has undergone a migration from Open Journal Systems (OJS) version 2 to OJS version 3 during the period from November 2024 to May 2025. This migration was carried out to improve system performance, security, and the overall user experience.

While every effort was made to ensure the integrity and completeness of the migrated data, technical limitations associated with the migration process may have affected the accessibility of certain historical correspondence records, including communications related to manuscript submission, peer review, revisions, and editorial decisions. As a result, some correspondence data from the previous system may no longer be accessible through the current platform.

To provide transparency and support for authors, reviewers, and other parties who may require official clarification regarding this matter, Jurnal OPSI has issued an official document entitled "Official Statement Regarding OJS System Migration and Correspondence Data Accessibility."

The document can be downloaded from the following link:

This document may be used as supporting evidence for administrative purposes, reporting requirements, or any other circumstances requiring clarification regarding correspondence data accessibility during the OJS migration period.

We sincerely appreciate your understanding, patience, and continued support as we strive to improve the quality and reliability of our journal management system.
