Official Notice and Apology Regarding Technical System Disruption

2026-07-25

The Editorial Office of Opsi Journal sincerely apologizes to all authors, reviewers, editors, and readers for the inconvenience caused by an unexpected technical disruption affecting the journal website.

The Opsi Journal website experienced a major technical failure from 14 June to 24 July 2026, resulting in the website being temporarily unavailable during this period. The disruption also affected several components of the editorial management system, causing delays in the editorial and publication processes. In addition, some submission data and uploaded files were unfortunately lost.

Our technical team has been working intensively to restore the system, recover the affected data, and ensure that the journal platform returns to its normal operation. Because this restoration process requires careful verification, additional time is needed to reconstruct and recover the affected records as accurately as possible.

Authors who are currently undergoing the review or revision process may be contacted by the Editorial Office and asked to re-upload the latest version of their revised manuscripts or other supporting documents if necessary. This measure is intended to help restore the completeness and integrity of the editorial records.

We deeply regret the inconvenience this situation has caused and sincerely appreciate the patience, understanding, and continued cooperation of our authors, reviewers, and readers during the recovery process.

The Editorial Office remains committed to maintaining the quality, integrity, and transparency of the editorial process. We will continue to provide updates as the restoration progresses and appreciate your continued support of Opsi Journal.
