Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submitted manuscript has not been previously published and is not under consideration for publication elsewhere.
  • The manuscript should be submitted in Microsoft Word format (.docx, .doc, or .rtf).
  • Manuscripts with double-spaced text should be 15–20 pages in length; single-spaced manuscripts should be 10–12 pages. Use 11-point regular font for general text. Italics should be used for foreign words; do not use underlining except for URLs. All tables and figures must be placed within the text at the appropriate positions, not at the end of the manuscript.
  • The text must comply with citation, reference, and bibliography requirements in accordance with the American Psychological Association (APA) style.

Author Guidelines

  2. Submitted manuscripts must be guaranteed by the authors for their originality (never published before) and not currently under review or consideration by any other journal or periodical publication.
  3. Manuscripts may be written in Bahasa Indonesia or English. They must be typed using Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx) with A4 paper layouttop and left margins of 3 cm, and bottom and right margins of 2.5 cm. The length of the manuscript should be 15–20 pages for double-spaced text or 10–12 pages for single-spaced text.
  4. Please refer to the About the Journal/Policies/Focus and Scope page for acceptable topics.
  5. The title must be clear and concise, typed in bold capital letters. Titles in Bahasa Indonesia should not exceed 14 words, and titles in English should not exceed 12 words.
  6. Author names  are written without academic titles. If there are multiple authors from the same institution, the affiliation only needs to be stated once. The email address used should be that of the corresponding author.
  7. The abstract must be 150–200 words in length, with a maximum of 6 keywords.
  8. Manuscripts reporting research findings should follow this structure:
    Introduction, Literature Review, Research Methods, Results and Discussion, Conclusion and Suggestions, References. For conceptual or theoretical manuscripts, use the following structure:
    Introduction, Literature Review, Discussion and Managerial Implications, Conclusion, References.
  9. Tables  must be numbered and titled, with the title placed above the table, aligned to the left. Do not use vertical lines in tables. Use a period (.) as the decimal separator. For figures/graphs, the number and title should be placed below and centered.
  10. In-text citationsshould include only thesurname of the author and year, for example: (Robbins, 2012), or for direct citations: Robbins (2012).
  11. References must follow theAPA (American Psychological Association) Style. At least 80% of the references must be journal articles, and no more than 20% can be textbooks. References must be published within the last 10 years, and only sources that are cited in the manuscript should be listed. The surname of the author comes first, and references should be arranged alphabetically (A–Z). Use single-spacing and a 5pt hanging indent for the second line. It is recommended to use a reference manager (e.g., Mendeley, Zotero).
