JABis (Jurnal Administrasi Bisnis) is published under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-SA 4.0). Authors retain the copyright to their work. Users are allowed to read, copy, distribute, and adapt the work in any medium or format, provided that appropriate credit is given to the original authors and to the journal.

License to Publish

All materials published by JABis are protected under international copyright and intellectual property laws. This journal is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-SA 4.0) or an equivalent license, enabling optimal publication, distribution, use, and reuse of scholarly works.

This license permits anyone to copy, remix, transform, and build upon the material for any purpose, even commercially, as long as proper attribution is given and any derivative works are distributed under the same license.

You must give appropriate credit, provide a link to the license, and indicate if changes were made. You may do so in any reasonable manner but not in any way that suggests the licensor endorses you or your use. If you remix, transform, or build upon the material, you must distribute your contributions under the same license as the original.

Author’s Warranties

The author warrants that the article is original, authored by the stated author(s), has not been published previously, does not contain unlawful statements, does not infringe the rights of others, is subject to copyright held solely by the author(s), and that any necessary permissions to reproduce materials from other sources have been obtained.

User Rights

Under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike license, the authors and users are free to:

  • Share — copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format,
  • Adapt — remix, transform, and build upon the material for any purpose, including commercially,
    provided that proper credit is given and the resulting work is distributed under the same license.

 

Rights of Authors

Authors retain the following rights:

  • Copyright and other proprietary rights relating to the article, such as patent rights,
  • The right to use the substance of the article in future works (e.g., books, lectures),
  • The right to reproduce and archive the article for personal or institutional use (self-archiving).

Co-Authorship

If the article was prepared jointly with other authors, the signing author warrants that he or she has been authorized by all co-authors to agree to this license and will inform them of the terms of this agreement.

Termination

This agreement may be terminated by either the author or JABis with two months' written notice if the other party materially breaches the agreement and fails to cure the breach within one month of receiving notice. No breach shall cause automatic termination of the license granted herein.

Royalties

This agreement entitles the author to no royalties or other fees. To the extent permitted by law, the author waives the right to collect royalties for uses of the article by JABis or its sublicensees.

Miscellaneous

JABis will publish the article if the editorial process is successfully completed and the article is accepted for publication. The journal reserves the right to make editorial changes to ensure consistency with its publication style (e.g., spelling, punctuation, formatting). The article will be published openly and made freely accessible to readers. JABis reserves the right to sublicense the rights granted under this agreement.
