KAPAI: Journal of Disaster Management and Environment is an open-access, peer-reviewed online journal that publishes twice a year. The journal provides a scholarly platform for disseminating research and knowledge on disaster management, environmental issues, mitigation, adaptation, prevention, and disaster risk reduction.
KAPAI welcomes original research articles, critical reviews, policy papers, and case studies. The journal emphasizes multidisciplinary and interdisciplinary studies that contribute to understanding and reducing the impacts of natural, social, and technological disasters, while also addressing environmental sustainability and resilience.
The journal aims to advance scientific knowledge and support evidence-based policies and practices in disaster management and environmental studies.
The scope of the journal includes, but is not limited to, the following areas:

- Disaster prevention, mitigation, preparedness, response, recovery, and reconstruction;
