- Evidence of plagiarism, data fabrication, falsification, or other ethical misconduct is identified;
- The manuscript has been submitted simultaneously to another journal or has been previously published without proper disclosure;

- The authors submit a formal request for withdrawal with a valid and justifiable reason.
Withdrawn manuscripts will not be published, and the journal reserves the right to take further editorial action in accordance with publication ethics policies.
Article Retraction
Article retraction applies to articles that have already been published online or in print. Retraction may be initiated by the Editor-in-Chief, the Editorial Board, the publisher, or the authors when:
- The findings are proven to be unreliable due to major errors, data fabrication, or falsification;
- The article contains plagiarism or substantial self-plagiarism;
- The research was conducted or published in violation of ethical standards;
- Duplicate or redundant publication is identified;
- Legal issues, such as copyright infringement or defamation, are identified.
Retraction Procedure
Retraction decisions are made by the Editor-in-Chief in consultation with the Editorial Board and, when necessary, the publisher. Authors will be informed and given an opportunity to respond before a final decision is made. Retraction notices will be published promptly and will clearly identify the retracted article, the reason for retraction, and the party initiating the retraction. The original article will remain accessible for the scholarly record but will be clearly marked as retracted.
Corrections and Expressions of Concern
In cases where errors do not invalidate the main findings of the article, the journal may issue a correction. If an investigation is ongoing but conclusive evidence is not yet available, an expression of concern may be published to alert readers.
Author-Initiated Retraction
Authors may request the retraction of their published article by submitting a written explanation to the editorial office. Such requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Retraction will only be approved if the request is supported by clear and valid reasons.
Post-Retraction Actions
The journal reserves the right to impose sanctions in cases of serious ethical violations, including temporary or permanent bans on future submissions from the authors involved. Relevant indexing services and databases will be notified of the retraction to ensure the accuracy of the scholarly record.
